Fishball Bak Chor Mee
I normally have a big appetite for breakfast and i would want to eat something nice and hot. A good breakfast signifies a good start for the day! So John and i like to frequent this stall for their fish ball bak chor mee. One big difference their noodles have is that it is extremely Q! When we are eating chinese noodles, pasta or japanese soba, we want to have it Q and not too soggy or too hard. Many bak chor mee i tried is either too soggy or too starchy. The Meepok here is a very good example! Normally i prefer mee kia to mee pok, the thinner noodles to the broader ones, but when i eat here, i will always ask for mee pok. The mee kia here is nice as well but nothing extraordinary. Do order the mee pok if u go there to eat!
p.s. they only open for a few hours in the morning everyday so try to go there early!
